This is the concept graphic for the new building which will be located at 2300 Avenida Cochise. We should be moving into the new building in the fall of 2010.

The stem walls are going up. We have progress!

With a 120 foot reach crane, a 5500 pound girder truss is placed high atop the new Cochise Motorsports building at the corner of Avenida Cochise & Buffalo Soldier. The 32,000 square foot building is scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2010.

Our new loading bay will be extremely efficient when completed.

The massive elevator is being completed now. We'll be able to go up to the mezzanine area on the second floor.

Wow! Our building is really progressing fast now. This is the front of the new shop.

Time to show you all the new changes that have been going on at the new building site. This is a picture of the west side of the building where we will display bikes, atv's etc.

Here is the entrance to the admin offices from the main area. We are really going to have a lot of light!

Look at the work being done on the sales manager and sales offices. Your going to have a comfortable private area for you to complete the paperwork on the new bike or atv you just bought!

The new parts area is coming along. Won't be long before you'll be able to identify this as the parts area with me.

Now this is going to be something new. This room is going to be used for service write-ups. You will enter the outside door on the north side and be steps away from this office.

Here you will see some of our wonderful contractors working on the upstairs railing.

I'm on the main floor looking up. The rooms are storage areas and the open area will be the waiting area.....waiting for your vehicle to be fixed, waiting for your new quad or motorcycle or just waiting.

I'm standing up in the waiting area and looking at the entrance way and the upstairs area that wraps around two sides of the building.

Now they are putting in the duct work for the heat and air. Wait till you see the ceiling when it's completed and painted!!

It's going to be hard for us employees to stay focused on our work with such views of the Huachucas. Cliff and Darlene are really pleased with the progress.
